This was a fiasco in the making. First I bought charging cables. They did not work. So figured they werent compatible with the batteries I had so bought these batteries and the cables still did not work. Manufacturer/Amazon ended up sending a new charging stand for these batteries at no charge which resolved the issue. For legacy products, buyer beware that some non OEM replacements will NOT work with those devices. Do you homework first. Kudos to this company for their efforts in making this right.

I am disappointed to learn that these batteries will not charge on my original charger. I am now purchasing an Actzone charger, which I could have done to start with, had I known. This should be stated in the documentation.

The product works good it only takes one hour to charge completed when brand new.

These batteries worked with the initial charge they had when delivered. But would not charge in the controller like the original Xbox batteries. It would have been nice if that was mentioned somewhere in the description that they required a separate charger to charge.
